Description

The WAMAIR Stand-Alone FPSA is a versatile Polygonal Dust Collector fitted with POLYPLEAT or POCKET filter elements. It includes an integrated suction fan and bottom hopper for efficient dust collection. Its robust, streamlined design ensures reliability and facilitates maintenance, with easy clean-side access to filter elements.
The integration of WAM’s advanced air pulse-jet cleaning system with proven filter media technology in WAM®AIR filter elements ensures exceptional filtration efficiency, performance, and durability. This combination effectively addresses a wide range of dedusting challenges across various industrial applications.

Fonction

The WAMAIR Stand-Alone Dust Collector efficiently separates dust from the airflow using Pocket-type or POLYPLEAT filter elements. Its programmable automatic pulse-jet cleaning system, integrated into the access door, removes dust from the filters at regular intervals, ensuring consistent high-performance filtration.
For safe and easy maintenance, the filter elements are accessible from the clean air side by simply opening the access door. Dust-laden air enters the filter casing through the hopper below, with inlet positioning on either side to allow flexible installation based on system requirements.
WAMAIR Stand-Alone Dust Collectors are designed for dust extraction at a distance from the source. They can be equipped with an integrated suction fan or configured for centralised extraction systems, ensuring efficient dedusting across various industrial applications.
